Our story
About Tello Automotive
We are a small, family-run repair shop tucked just off Main Street in Ventura, and we have built our name one honest repair at a time. Customers tell us they came in worried, maybe about a strange noise or an oil leak they could not explain, and left with a clear answer and a fair price.
Omar and Fabian handle the work themselves, which means the person diagnosing your car is the same person fixing it. Regulars send us their whole family, their coworkers, and their friends because they know we will not talk them into work they do not need.
Whether it is a single oil leak or a fleet of cars for a local business, we treat every vehicle like it is the only one in the shop that day.
- Honest, upfront diagnostics
- Same-day help when your car needs it most
- Trusted by repeat customers and referrals
- Friendly, attentive service from Omar and Fabian
What customers say
“He is definitely my forever mechanic. As a woman it is very hard to trust a mechanic because I have been burned so many times. The honesty and integrity shown here is appreciated. Don't look any further.”
“I stopped by this shop because I saw oil leaking from my car. They were busy when I got there but they were so helpful. They pulled my car right in because they could see I was concerned. Omar and Fabian discovered that the screw was not on tight and that was why the oil was leaking. These guys are amazing, and honest. They worked me right in and didn't try to rip me off or scam me. I definitely recommend them! Thank you Omar!”
“Tello's shop is the best in Ventura. They are honest, trustworthy and so fast. They work hard and pay attention to detail. Excellent customer service and great communication. Fabian is also so sweet and helpful.”
